Bi-lingual Inside Sales Manager (Middle-East)

Location: Bangalore  

The Inside Sales Manager will be a high-energy individual with proven capabilities in generating revenue through various initiatives including cold calling, campaigns, and social media interaction. Experience in similar role in the past is mandatory as is knowledge of Arabic.  

Key Responsibilities 

  • Qualify leads generated by the marketing engine and from other sources across key regions  
  • Present an impactful and engaging pitch to prospects over calls, social media email or other avenues  
  • Conduct market research to understand the shifting priorities of prospects and market segments  
  • Providing inputs to the marketing, sales and other teams on improving product features, sales and marketing pitch and positioning  
  • Accept qualified/semi-qualified leads from various sources and work on them to generate qualified opportunities to be handed over to the sales  
  • Work to meet well defined KPIs to drive revenue  

The outcomes (KPI) associated with this role would be: 

  • Rise in the number of qualified opportunity and quality of leads processed by the sales team  
  • Improvement in pipeline velocity  
  • Improvement in the quality of leads/qualified opportunities to be worked upon by the sales organization   

Essential experience and skills 

  • Knowledge of Arabic (spoken and written)   
  • Prior experience in a B2B tech company in a similar role  
  • Converse and write fluently in Arabic  
  • Ability to sustain conversations over calls  
  • Ability to work with KPIs  

Desirable  

  • Experience working in the cybersecurity domain  
  • Regional experience in the Middle East
